New in 2026: We've invested in your comfort with a brand-new air conditioning system, all-new ductwork, and upgraded attic insulation** to keep the home cooler and more comfortable year-round.

Step into your private backyard oasis, fully enclosed with a privacy fence and featuring an oversized heated pool and a hot tub with guest-controlled jets and temperature settings.

Fire up the Weber grill, unwind on the abundant outdoor seating, or relax under the covered lanai with a gas fire table, indoor/outdoor bar, and outdoor TV—perfect for watching the big game poolside.

The Cabana is a spacious 4-bedroom home with two indoor living areas plus a third outdoor living space just steps from the pool. The second living room includes a PlayStation for extra entertainment, and the home features fresh paint and bright tile flooring throughout.

Gather around the oversized dining table, perfect for family meals and game nights. Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered with a highchair, toddler chair, kids' dishes, games, and a Pack 'n Play.

Headed to the beach? We provide beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, beach cart, sand toys, and a football. Staying poolside? Enjoy pool noodles, basketball hoops, pool football, and plenty of pool towels—no extra packing required!

We also stock essential starter supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and general cleaning supplies.

With 6 TVs throughout the home—including TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms—there's entertainment for everyone. The dedicated game room with a PS5 is a guest favorite and doubles as an additional hangout space.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
