We know vacations are better when the whole family can come! One dog may be welcome with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
Please contact us before booking with your pet’s details so we can confirm approval. Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and follow our pet guidelines during the stay.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We're a boutique, hands-on vacation home management company serving the Bradenton, Sarasota, and Cape Coral areas. Our goal is simple: take exceptional care of your home and your guests as if they were our own. They started by managing everything themselves—from guest communication and turnovers to maintenance, pricing, and the inevitable middle-of-the-night problems. In 2022, Chris and Christy launched A1Day1 Vacation Home Management to help other vacation rental owners create successful, well-run properties without having to handle every detail themselves. Today, they continue to own and operate their own vacation homes while managing homes for other owners—which means we understand both sides of the business. Meet Brittnee | Your Property Manager Brittnee is the person making sure the details don't get missed. As our full-time property manager since 2023, Brittnee works closely with owners, guests, cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors to keep every property running at a high level. Brittnee has a passion for the details that turn a clean house into a 5-star-ready vacation home—from properly made beds and stocked essentials to thoughtful touches, clear communication, and making sure every home is ready before the next guest walks through the door.
